Adolescent / Teen Focused Therapy

Parenting Support / Triple P Program

This form of therapy is not only short-term, but it can also include all loved ones, you, and your spouse, you and your child, or just you. Each treatment plan is specific to your situation. Parenting can be satisfying and fulfilling. But it can also be difficult and time-consuming. Parents must tend to an infant or child’s daily needs. EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy where the patient briefly focuses on a traumatic memory while also following specific eye movements. This helps to reduce the vividness and emotion associated with traumatic memories and experiences.
